I’m not doing it. No way. I have no desire, no gifting, no calling.

You couldn’t pay me enough money to do this job.

Well … maybe. I’ll think about it and pray about it.

Yes! I’ll do it!

Something new for someone old. A new purpose for old skills.  At age 50 something, I’m starting over. Re-purposed.

I won’t start the next school year with 30 years, tears and cheers of teaching experience  and confidence to back up all I do.

God, I’m a newbie, again. Nothing to go on. (a moment of panic).

God’s answer: Re-purposed. Thirty years, tears and cheers of teaching experience and confidence re-purposed towards students and teachers.

In Christ I have been re-purposed!

Purpose:                                                                      Re-purposed!

Re-purposed:adapt for use in a different purpose

How is God re-purposing your life or skill? Leave me comment below. I’d love to chat with you!

  1. Hi Mary. Congrats on your new calling. He really-purpose me by taking me out of the pastorate at least temporarily and called me to be a teacher for a season. I am the newbie in the area you have been experienced in for 30 years. Praying for your adjustment!
